Sponsorship

There are several sponsorship packages available for private sector companies. The sponsorship benefits vary according to the package but they usually include inclusion of the company logo on BAQ 2008 communication materials, admission tickets, and booth space. The BAQ 2008 communication channels include the (i) BAQ 2008 website, (ii) targeted mailings to more than 4,000 stakeholders, and (iii) brochures, flyers, and other printed materials.

Diamond sponsor (US$25,000)

  • Company or organization logo in all event publications and BAQ 2008 website
  • One page advertisement in the official BAQ 2008 program book
  • Fifteen (15) admission tickets to the 3-day conference
  • Special reference to sponsor (including link as specified by sponsor) in 2 general BAQ mailings
  • An exhibition booth at a location chosen by the sponsor (3 x 3 m) in the pre-function area, directly outside the plenary workshop hall

Platinum sponsor (US$15,000)

  • Company or organization logo in all event publications and website
  • Half page advertisement in the official BAQ 2008 program book
  • Ten (10) admission tickets to the 3-day conference
  • Special reference to sponsor (including link as specified by sponsor) in 2 general BAQ mailings
  • An exhibition booth (3 x 2 m) in the pre-function area, directly outside the plenary workshop hall

Gold Sponsor (US$7,500)

  • Company or organization logo in all event publications and website
  • Quarter page advertisement in the official BAQ 2008 program book
  • Five (5) admission tickets to the 3-day conference
  • An exhibition booth (2 x 2 m) in the pre-function area, directly outside the plenary workshop hall
