Sharing ideas, opinions, and maybe some humor

The BAQ Secretariat, through the CAI-Asia Center, decided to try a little experiment: create a blog for BAQ 2008. Since the theme of this year's BAQ is “Air Quality and Climate Change: scaling up win-win solutions for Asia” most of what you'll be reading will relate to air pollution issues, climate change co-benefits, and sustainable urban transport. If we feel like it, we might actually post something funny. :-)

"Random Thoughts from the Center" will feature opinions and commentary by several staff from the CAI-Asia Center, and on occasion, blog posts from air pollution and transport experts. All posts are the personal views of the respective blogger and do not necessarily represent the collective views of the CAI-Asia Center, its partners, and local networks.

We hope that this blog helps inspire an open and transparent environment for the exchange of information.
