Informal Consultation with the Asian-Pacific Developing Countries on Perspectives for a Post 2012 Climate Change Framework
Objectives:
This is one of series consultations between UNESCAP and the Asian-Pacific developing countries on post 2012 climate regime. The objectives are 1) to share the views and ideas on Bali follow-up ; 2) to discuss on the innovative options for climate actions framework beyond 2012 to promote the active participation of the developing Asian-Pacific countries ensure their perspectives are reflected along the negotiation process ; 3) to identify the effective approach on promotion of national mitigation and adaptation actions in the context of sustainable development through regional cooperation.
